Using Dijets Blockchain instead of land registry, for more transparency and to prevent fraud and money laundering

Dijets can be used as an alternative to traditional land registry systems. By using Dijets, land ownership can be recorded on a blockchain, which provides a secure and transparent way to manage land ownership records.

Using Dijets for land registry has several advantages over traditional systems. Firstly, Dijets is a decentralized protocol, which means that land ownership records are stored on a distributed network of nodes rather than a centralized database. This makes it much more difficult for records to be tampered with or lost, as there is no single point of failure.

Secondly, Dijets offers an extremely lightweight and low-cost alternative to Ethereum, which could be particularly useful for governments and other organizations looking to implement a land registry system. The Dijets API is a specifically-tailored collection of JSON-RPC API endpoints built to support Web3 use cases and scenarios on Dijets Ternary Chains at almost instant speeds. It is the single point of reference for requests being made to Dijets Primary Network and its chains.

Finally, using Dijets for land registry can help to reduce fraud and corruption. By using a blockchain-based system, land ownership records are transparent and immutable, which makes it much more difficult for individuals to fraudulently claim ownership of land or for corrupt officials to manipulate records.

Overall, using Dijets for land registry can provide a secure, transparent, and cost-effective way to manage land ownership records. It can help to reduce fraud and corruption, and provide a more efficient way to manage land ownership records

Hi Ali

Thanks for this I am especially interested in the land registry side as my cousin Simon is a partner at Cushman Wakefield one of the worlds top real estate specialists, so if this proposal is accepted I can arrange a meeting in London for us to present to the board for futher discussion.

In summary I fully support this as a council member and encourage further dialogue with all council members

Brilliant music to my ears mate, this is something that Iā€™m currently working on and will be available in due course, maybe we could meet up and discuss over lunch.

Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate services company. They provide a wide range of services including leasing, property management, valuation, and investment advice to property owners, investors, and tenants. The company was founded in 1917 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Brilliant stuff Peter be great if you could organise a meeting with them at some point.

Hi Ali,

To use Dijets as an alternative to traditional land registry systems is a great idea. It highlights several advantages that make it a compelling option for governments and organisations looking to modernise their land ownership records.

The decentralised nature of Dijets, storing land ownership records on a distributed network of nodes, ensures a higher level of security and transparency. With no centralised database susceptible to tampering or loss, it becomes significantly more difficult for records to be compromised.

The lightweight and low-cost nature of Dijets compared to Ethereum is undoubtedly appealing. This feature makes it accessible and practical for governments and organizations with limited resources, who can benefit from a cost-effective land registry solution.

Furthermore, the integration of Dijets can actively combat fraud and corruption in land ownership records. The transparency and immutability provided by blockchain technology make it extraordinarily challenging for individuals to fraudulently claim ownership or for corrupt officials to manipulate records.

In summary, Dijets for land registry showcases a secure, transparent, and cost-effective alternative to traditional systems.

Hi Ali,

Using Dijets blockchain instead of land registry for more transparency and to prevent fraud and money laundering is a great opportunity, as member of the Dijets Governance Council I would like to submit this as a proposal.
