@saleem - I cannot seem to create a pull request on GitHub for this which I understand to be the next stage of the DIP process.

Alisha, this is very well written and concise. :+1: You have stuck to the principal of first dealing with “the-structure-of-the-structure” issues at hand. And I for one am truly over the moon seeing the council member take the initiative and submitting her very first DIP. :clap: :clap:
